The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom;
A good understanding have all those who do His commandments.
His praise endures forever.
Psalm 111:10
Matthew 19:26 NKJV But Jesus looked at them and said to them, “With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”
Jehovah is the God of all possibilities, and there is the supernatural side of God that we must not ignore. Jeremiah 32:17 “Ah, Lord God! Behold, You have made the heavens and the earth by Your great power and outstretched arm. There is nothing too hard for You.” Jeremiah 32:27 “Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for Me?” Mark 10:27 But Jesus looked at them and said, “With men it is impossible, but not with God; for with God all things are possible.” I want to encourage you today, do not let the impossible control your destiny, give it to God. Matthew 11:28 “Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” 1 Peter 5:7 “casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.” God can do all things, and He will make dry bones come back to life. Nothing is impossible with God. Only believe. Trust in Him!
Philippians 4:6 NIV “Do not be anxious about anything”
Be honest! How much time do you spend worrying about things that usually never happen? And has anything improved as a result of your worrying about it? Absolutely not! Apostle Paul writes: “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God” (Philippians 4:6 NIV). He then encourages us by saying that when we do this, the peace of God will fill our hearts and minds (Philippians 4:7). The instant you begin to worry or feel anxious about something, take your concern to God in prayer. Release the weight of it, and totally trust Him to take care of it. Prayer is powerful against worry. When you are feeling pressure, it is always best to pray about it instead of fretting and talking about it. Instead of trying to get rid of your negative thoughts, which only keeps you focused on them, fill your mind with positive thoughts (Philippians 4:8). Also, as soon as you begin to worry, say, “No, I’m not going to worry about this because I have entrusted it to the Lord; He will take care of it.” His Word says, “The Lord has been mindful of us; He will bless us. (Psalm 115:12).”
1 Corinthians 15:58 NIV “Stand firm. Let nothing move you…your labor…is not in vain.”
One of the most prevalent topics in the Bible is perseverance (tenacity). The apostle Paul writes: “Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.” Again, he writes: “Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up” (Galatians 6:9 NIV). And James adds: “Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial because, having stood the test, that person will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised to those who love him” (James 1:12 NIV). What makes the difference between winning and losing is not talent; it is tenacity. Being tenacious means, you do not quit until the job is finished. You give your 100 percent commitment and energy, working with determination., and drawing strength from the Holy Spirit and the Word of God. Remember, victory is not determined until the last step in the race has been run. So, draw on God’s grace, refuse to give up, and keep going until you cross the finish line and win the prize. You can do it. God will help you.
Psalm 105: 19 NLT “Until the time came to fulfill his dreams, the Lord tested Joseph’s character.”
God is never late. He is always on time. He will always deliver on His promises, but at His own time. God works according to His own calendar. And when you accept that, you will be thankful for where you are right now, and have sustainable faith to get to where He wants you to be. God may not answer all your questions exactly the way you would like Him to, but be assured He is working. What He is working on is often bigger than you can comprehend, so leave Him with the details and you just believe. He knows how long it will take to bring your dream to pass at the most beneficial time. Joseph discovered during his time in prison that when God gives you a vision and you commit yourself to it, He will bring it to pass. Delay is not denial. He will make all things beautiful for you, but in His own time! While you are waiting, you should hold fast to the profession of your faith (Hebrews 10:23). Trust God to work things out for you according to His calendar.
Isaiah 26:3 NKJV “You will keep him in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on You, Because he trusts in You.”
As Christians, our sense of peace and stability should not depend on our outside circumstances but on our inwards thoughts. If we focus our thoughts on the things of this world system, we will be depressed because the things of this world system are depressing. But if we think on the positive things of God, put our minds on heavenly things, and think about what God has given us, we are going to be blessed. It all depends where we put our minds. If we really had our minds stayed on the awesome things God has done for us and prepared for us, it would be impossible for us to be depressed and defeated, regardless of our challenging situation. There would be perfect peace. When we are in the middle of negative circumstances we can think of things that are of good report (Philippians 4:8). And as we think on those things, we will experience emotional peace and joy. We will find our peace in who we are in Christ and what He has done for us, not in our physical circumstances. Then you can have a good day no matter how bad people treat you, because your inner peace will put your emotions under control!
JOSHUA 1:8 NKJV “This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.”
God has the answer for every problem you will ever face in life. Your redemption through the perfect sacrifice of Jesus Christ is your assurance for victory always (2 Corinthians 2:14). God’s Word is God’s wisdom. The Bible is God’s Word, given to you from His heart of love, so you can know the truth, and have a sure foundation on which to base your life. The Bible was not given to put you down, but to raise you up. Not to put you in bondage, but to make you free (John 8:31-32). God’s Word gives you dependable truth you can use to form your beliefs, so that your beliefs will line up with God’s beliefs. God alone knows all truth, and in the Bible He shares what you need to know to live a blessed life. I want to encourage you today to follow God’s instructions, so that all things will go well with you. The answer for success in life is to do what the Bible says to do, because it is truth. The Bible is your instruction book for victory.
